About Hallam Close
Hallam Close is for young workers aged 16 and 24 year olds in the West Midlands who are employed.
The rent is just £43 per week and includes all bills.
Hallam Close is in a great location on the edge of Sandwell Hospital site, close to Sandwell Valley Country Park whilst still only 20 minutes away from Birmingham City Centre by public transport.
Living here you will have support from staff if you need it Monday to Friday as well as help or advice over the phone out of hours.
Living at this scheme you will have your own bedroom then be sharing kitchen/diner and bathroom facilities with up to three other young people. There are some units for disabled young people that do have their own ensuite bathroom.
The block of 32 flats is the first to be opened on the site with plans for a ‘Youth Village’ once surrounding blocks are also refurbished.
