Achieving 500 miles in a month equates to roughly 16 miles a day, but as it’s a target for the month you could do more on some days and less on others.

What’s it all for?
Every single night, St Basils houses over 500 young people across the West Midlands who would otherwise have nowhere to go.
You can do this challenge for your own fitness goals and to simply raise awareness by sharing what you’re doing and why with friends and family, or you can set up a Virgin Money Giving or Just Giving page and ask people to sponsor you and raise some funds for us so that we can continue to support these young people, funds that are even more vital in these challenging times.
Why do it?
It’s a great excuse to get outside as much as possible, or get the turbo spinning. The challenge itself is a month long, but we are running it as an ongoing event so you can decide what month you wish to take part!
