As a Company, St Basils is required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year or within 15 months of the previous AGM.
The next Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 18th September 2018 at 5.30pm at St Basils Head Office, 71-75 Allcock Street, Birmingham, B9 4DY.
The business of the meeting to be transacted will be:
1. to receive the annual Directors report for the year to 31st March 2018
2. to consider the accounts and auditors report for the year to 31st March 2018
3. to appoint the auditor (if necessary)
4. Any other business
5. Date of next Annual General Meeting
