St Basils has an opportunity for a Business Analyst (QL) to be based at our Head Office in the Deritend area of Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience using QL systems, along with knowledge of SQL’s systems whilst being able to identify, develop and implement business processes. 

 

Please note experience in supporting a Housing Management system is essential.

 

Salary: £29,533 – £31,827 PER ANNUM PRO RATA

  • To continually assess the use & management of the QL system, providing cosultancy in relation to the implimation of any upgrades or new releases 
  • Analyse business requirement through process mapping and implement system solutions
  • To prepare and deliver mini QL update/ training sessions for St Basils staff
  • To produce reports and analyse data (SQL/SSRS)
