POSITION: Learning and Development Manager
REPORT TO: Head of Workforce Planning and Talent Development (Head of HR)
SALARY: Scale S02, Point 32 – 34, £27,236 - £28,835, per annum, pro rata
HOURS: 37.5 Hours Per Week (full time)

Are you forward thinking and creative, able to think ‘outside of the box’ when it comes to learning and training delivery? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR & Learning and Development team! While leading on design, delivery and evaluation of our strengths based programme and staff development activities, you will also deputise for the Head of HR when appropriate.
This is an exciting role for someone with a passion for developing people, together with the required skill set to influence and engage staff in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
