PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

One of St Basils strategic priorities is ‘a good place to work’. As  Learning & Development Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the organisation to achieve this priority. You will lead and manage St Basils’ strategic objectives to ensure the learning and development function provides a high quality support service to employees of St Basils.Working across the organisation and closely with senior management, youth services and central team managers to focus on developing and implementing integrated training strategies and actively engage with internal and external providers to promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will have a full knowledge of how St Basils functions and understand the requirements needed to do an excellent job of supporting our young people, whilst able to provide quality training in essential learning areas.
