Birthday Fundraiser
10 days before your birthday, Facebook will send you a notification, asking if you would like to set up a Facebook Birthday Fundraiser! Don’t worry, it doesn’t need to be set up right away, in fact, we encourage you to set your page up just a few days before your birthday for a bigger impact. When you’re ready, click the notification and follow the steps below.
Step 1: Set your fundraising goal.
Step 2: Tell your story and share why you are supporting St Basils.
Step 3: Choose a cover photo then click or tap “create” (upload a cover photo that ties in with your story!).
Step 4: Share your fundraiser on your feed. You can also send individual invites to your friends and family, who will appreciate the encouragement and reminder of your fantastic fundraiser!
