Projects Young Person’s Outreach Navigation Service
This service aims to help ensure young people in crisis who are ‘roofless’ and have nowhere else to go can access the support they need.

This scheme relies on Hosts in the local community to help provide emergency accommodation on a night by night basis to vulnerable young people at risk of homelessness.
