Paul is the Customer Experience and Strategy Director at Aster Group, a large Housing Association based primarily in the South West of England. Paul has worked in the housing sector for nearly 20 years in a number of roles from front line operations in both housing and maintenance, to policy, research, strategy and communications.
Paul was born in Birmingham, and graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Public Policy. Following this, Paul has worked for Midland Heart, Birmingham City Council, Harrow Council and Peabody amongst others. Paul has recently gained Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing following a programme of study, and is currently undertaking the Institute of Customer Service Leadership and Management qualification.
Paul currently lives in Brackley with his Wife, two Sons and his Dachshund Lennon. Paul is incredibly passionate about St Basils mission, to help break the cycle of homelessness and play a part in ensuring that young people have access to this essential support when they need it most.
