Getting help from St Basils during the COVID-19 pandemic

Due to the COVID-19 situation we have had to change the way we help young people in need of accommodation or support. Young people now need to, where possible, call us first rather than drop in. Here are the phone numbers you need where you are.

Due to the unprecedented situation with Coronavirus, we are asking that any young person in need of support or accommodation, wherever possible, calls us in the first instance, rather than coming down to our Youth Hubs /offices.  Each young person will receive an over the phone assessment, which will determine the next steps in terms of the support we can offer. If we need to see you, we will arrange for you to come to the Hub. It may be we can provide you with the help you need, including access to accommodation, without you having to come to the Hubs. We are committed to providing the best support during this critical time, especially to those most vulnerable.  But, to prevent the spread of this virus, and to keep everyone safe and well,  we are asking that in the first instance a call is made.
