Amsterdam Marathon

Take on one of Europe’s fastest and flattest marathons, and experience the incredible atmosphere of the Amsterdam Marathon 2026.

This iconic overseas challenge takes you through the heart of the city, past historic landmarks, beautiful canals and leafy parks – starting and finishing inside the famous Olympic Stadium.

Whether this is your first overseas marathon or you’re chasing a new personal best, Amsterdam offers an unforgettable running experience and a chance to make a real difference for young people facing homelessness.

 

Why Take Part?

At St Basils, we provide accommodation, support and guidance to around 1,000 young people every night who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. These young people are not just given a safe place to stay, but are also offered training, employment opportunities and well-being support to help them rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence.

Every pound raised goes directly to our mission of preventing youth homelessness — and by taking part, you become a crucial part of that mission.

What To Expect & Key Things To Know…

  • Incredible crowd support and a unique city-wide atmosphere
  • Registration includes a place in the race plus support from the St Basils team.
  • Once registered, you’ll receive a fundraising page and helpful tools to reach your target.
  • If you’re on track to reach target, you’ll also be gifted a St Basils running vest!

 

Please note: While we can’t cover travel costs, we’re competitive with other providers and work hard to make this an amazing, supportive experience for everyone involved.
