The Canal Cycle Challenge is coming back – with a new date and new venue!
This past summer, a fire at our head office caused extensive damage and left the building we normally use as the start and finish point of the challenge unusable. Offices and communal spaces were badly affected by fire and water damage, leading to significant losses for both our staff and the young people we support. Because of this, we’ve had to rethink the location and timing of the event.

That being said, we’re happy to announce that we are bringing the Canal Cycle Challenge back for 2026, but with a brand-new starting location – our Live and Work accommodation on William Booth Lane.
Live and Work is our scheme which offers en-suite, newly refurbished accommodation at a fraction of the average city rent, specifically to young people in low-wage employment such as apprenticeships. It gives young people the chance to live independently in a central location while being able to save for their future.
We can’t wait to share more information with you, but in the meantime please register your interest below to be contacted as soon as the event opens.
By returning this year, you’ll be pedalling with more purpose than ever before!
