Apply to join Team St Basils for the Great Birmingham Run!
On Sunday 3rd May 2026, the Great Birmingham Run returns, bringing together the city’s strongest and most committed runners for the 10K and Half Marathon. This is one of the region’s most competitive and best-supported events, with a fast course, closed roads and an atmosphere that builds from the first mile to the finish line.
Expect a lively atmosphere with on-course bands and entertainment throughout both routes!
We are now inviting applications to join Team St Basils. Places are strictly limited and highly sought after, and once they are filled, no further charity entries will be available.
Successful applicants will receive a complimentary charity place in return for committing to a minimum fundraising target:
• £175 for the 10K
• £225 for the Half Marathon
Running for St Basils means your race will have a direct impact on young people facing homelessness across the West Midlands. Due to the popularity of this event, applications will be reviewed and places allocated on a rolling basis, so early application is strongly advised.
Our runners will receive exclusive experiences and goodies:
