As Head of Finance, Hilary is responsible for supporting the Director of Finance in the effective leadership and management of St Basils financial resources.

This includes overseeing budgeting, management accounts, financial reporting, and controls, while working closely with budget holders and managers to promote financial accountability and Value for Money across Basils.

A key part of Hilary’s role is to provide support to business units, including financial modelling, budget monitoring, rent and service charge setting, and ensuring financial reporting and regulatory requirements are met.

Hilary also leads and develops the Finance Team, supports the Director of Finance with strategic financial planning, and deputises for the Director of Finance when required. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Hilary contributes to the wider strategic priorities and effective operation of St Basils.
