Louise is the Director of Progression (Prevention, Support & Care) and is responsible for all of St Basils Prevention, Support and Care Leaver services. Louise leads the strategic and operational management of St Basils support offer to young people.

Louise is also the Nominated Individual responsible for St Basils Ofsted registration and ensuring St Basils are compliant with the regulatory requirements underpinning this.

A key part of Louise’s role is that she is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for St Basils, ensuring that the organisation promotes a strong safeguarding culture, legal compliance, and ensuring that staff receive effective training, and St Basils policy is current and aligned with statutory compliance.

She has a passion for listening and responding to the experiences of young people and ensuring their voices are heard.
