As Director of Progression, Marsha leads the strategic and operational management of St Basils’ support offer to young people.

She oversees the teams responsible for supporting young people in their journey toward stable, independent living.

Her leadership also involves close collaboration with community partners and other agencies to enhance resources and opportunities available to St Basils’ young people and is lead on all safeguarding issues.
