As Chief Executive of St Basils, Marsha Blake leads the organisation’s mission to support young people who are homeless or at-risk across the West Midlands. She guides the strategic vision of St Basils, ensuring that young people facing homelessness have access to safe housing, support, and opportunities for personal growth.

Marsha collaborates with local and national leaders, and is an active voice on panels addressing homelessness. Her leadership is driven by a deep commitment to youth empowerment, advocacy, and systemic change which designs out homelessness and makes our mainstream systems more inclusive for all.
