Last weekend, Birmingham Harley Owners Group (HOG) roared into action by delivering essential toiletries to St Basils. This charitable endeavour marks yet another milestone in Birmingham HOG’s commitment to community welfare.
A whopping 23 Harley Davidson motorcycles showed up at one of our central Birmingham projects, with young people and staff amazed at the unusual and exciting feat- some even getting on a bike themselves- St Basils Youth Services Manager Chantel being one of them!
The donated toiletries will significantly contribute to our efforts in providing essential resources and a dignified living environment for those in need.
Recognizing the pressing need to support local charities, Birmingham HOG has continually championed charitable initiatives, including support rides and community engagement events. Their steadfast dedication to making a positive impact reflects the core values of camaraderie and compassion that define the Harley Owners Group worldwide.
“We are thrilled to extend our support to St Basils and the remarkable work they do for homeless young people in our community,” said Helen, Charities Officer of Birmingham HOG. “As avid riders and community members, it’s our privilege to give back and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing adversity.”
The donation underscores Birmingham HOG’s unwavering commitment to social responsibility and the power of collective action in fostering positive change.
A huge thank you to all who contributed and donated.
