ICT Technical Support Officer

St Basils has an opportunity for an ICT Technical Support Officer to be based at our Head Office in the Deritend area of Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis. This role will involve installing, configuring and maintaining PC’s, peripherals and servers (physical and virtual), network devices and software.  You will provide general IT support to our customers delivering excellent customer service at all times.

 

Salary: £28,684 – £30,368 per annum

St Basils has an opportunity for an ICT Technical Support Officer to be based at our Head Office in the Deritend area of Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis. This role will involve installing, configuring and maintaining PC’s, peripherals and servers (physical and virtual), network devices and software.  You will provide general IT support to our customers delivering excellent customer service at all times.

 

Salary: £28,684 – £30,368 per annum

At St Basils we help over 5,000 vulnerable young people every year across the West Midlands to find safe, stable accommodation. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the immediate needs of young people and to showcase your caring nature and ability to champion adversity. This role requires expert knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable people as well as a core understanding of issues surrounding youth homelessness such as mental health, domestic violence and care leavers.
