Closing date: 7th July 2022, midday 

We have supported housing projects in Bromsgrove, Evesham, Kidderminster and Redditch. Our accommodation services offer a safe space with a collaborative approach, where young people are encouraged to express and overcome their personal challenges. St Basils is proud to be a Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) organisation, placing young people first in all we do. Using PIE tools, young people focused action planning and an accredited Life Skills programme to engage with each young person, you will be part of a team delivering an exceptional level of service for young people to feel welcomed, listened to and encouraged to thrive.

 

A range of vacancies exist across our teams:

  • Night Workers – contributing to the creation of a supportive setting whilst maintaining safety, security and young people’s wellbeing during evenings and overnight
  • Progression Coaches – the key contacts for young people and responsible for case management, creatively delivering needs led one to one and group support sessions
  • Progression Coordinators – oversight of a small team and day to day running of the project, in addition to case management

St Basils is looking to recruit new team members for our services across Worcestershire. If you’re passionate and motivated by supporting young people to make positive steps towards achieving independence and success, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Closing date: 26th November, midday 

We have supported housing projects in Bromsgrove, Evesham, Kidderminster and Redditch. Our accommodation services offer a safe space with a collaborative approach, where young people are encouraged to express and overcome their personal challenges. St Basils is proud to be a Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) organisation, placing young people first in all we do. Using PIE tools, young people focused action planning and an accredited Life Skills programme to engage with each young person, you will be part of a team delivering an exceptional level of service for young people to feel welcomed, listened to and encouraged to thrive.

 

A range of vacancies exist across our teams:

  • Night Workers – contributing to the creation of a supportive setting whilst maintaining safety, security and young people’s wellbeing during evenings and overnight
  • Progression Coaches – the key contacts for young people and responsible for case management, creatively delivering needs led one to one and group support sessions
  • Progression Coordinators – oversight of a small team and day to day running of the project, in addition to case management
