The purpose of this role will be to operate within the established ethos of St Basils to provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Birmingham Youth Hub.
Key activities and challenges specific to the role include:
- To assist with “Youth Line” enquires/initial information and sign post to relevant department
- To assist and support in the preparation of grants and bids, along with the presentation and submission of applications.
- To compile and produce statistical data, returns and information for internal and external audiences.
- To efficiently utilise a variety of software packages (including Microsoft office) in order to provide the highest quality reports to the Service Manager, Youth Hub Team Leader and the Performance Hub.
