Recruitment, Careers and Opportunities

Working at St Basils

We are the West Midlands’ largest organization dedicated to supporting young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk, helping over 4,000 annually. Through prevention, accommodation, and support services, we empower young people to rebuild their lives, gain independence, and break the cycle of homelessness.

St Basils does really important work, which is focussed on ensuring that homelessness is not part of growing up for young people. We want young people to feel cared about, to have trusted support and somewhere safe, suitable and affordable to live that enables them to learn and work. We are simply unable to do this without the support of our staff and colleagues.
