As Director of Finance and Company Secretary, Zoë is responsible for the overall financial strategy of St Basils and the leadership and management of financial resources.

This includes providing financial guidance to the Board of Directors / Trustees and being the organisational lead for the Business Support & Audit Committee.

A key part of Zoë’s role is to ensure St Basils is compliant with the Regulator’s Governance and Financial Viability Standard and Value for Money standards.

Zoë’s role as Company Secretary is to ensure St Basils’ overarching compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation and to ensure returns are submitted correctly and on time to St Basils’ three main regulators.

Zoë also works closely with the Board of Directors / Trustees to ensure they are supported and managed to enable them to fulfil their roles as required.
