St Basils Champions

"I thought to myself 'someone should be be doing something about this' and then i realised...I am that someone!"

All these individuals, groups, businesses, organisations and schools
have helped St Basils in the last year and we thank them for their support.

They say every great journey must start with a first step and that is true of the young vulnerable people we help. So how fitting that one of our supporters Mr. Dominic Amendola has walked the legendary Camino de Santiago in aid of St Basils. A massive thank you to him and all those who have supported him, especially the Edgbaston Golf Club.

Christmas cheer was spread amongst the young people of our Solihull Project when over 40 boxes of gifts were donated to them from the pupils of St Martin's Girls School in Solihull. This is just part of the ongoing supportw e get from the staff and students of this fantastic school. MASSIVE St Basils thanks!

Massive THANK YOU to BROMSGROVE ROUND TABLE & VOLUNTEERS,THE RANGE (Kidderminster), GUEST MOTORS (West Bromwich) and BROMSGROVE SCHOOL for their donations of starter packs.

A massive St Basils THANK YOU to Gallagher the insurance company for choosing us as their Charity of the Year. Several of their staff have already taken part in last years Big Sleepout and are planning to put some teams in for our legendary walk event in June.

New Ladies Club Captain Janet Vakil and Mens Captian Jim Jeffries tee'd off for the Captain Drive-In. People bought flags and placed them where they thought the two golfers were going to drive to. A massive St Basils THANK YOU to eveyone who turned up and well done on two excellent drives.

The Dodd Group (Midlands) have kindly chosen to support us for the next year in diffrent ways including offering work experience oppotunities to our young people!

The pupils of Oundle School braved the elements in September 2017 and slept rough for a night to help raise funds for us. This is a regular event for the Community Action part of the students activities.

In March 2017 these brilliant students from St Mary's School in Harbourne held their own sleepout in aid of St Basils and rasie a fantastic amount.

In July 2017 the staff of Willoughby PR handed over a huge amount from their various fundraising activities for the year.

In June 2017 the boys and girls raised a fantstic amount from holding their own sleepout event.

If you want to take on a challenge of your own to raise money for St Basils we can support you.
