Welcome to St Basils’ Housing Management page. Here you will find information on how our social homes are managed, including our range of stock, safety, compliance, spending and performance information, as well as links to other important areas of our website. We publish this information in line with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs).

Housing Stock
The social homes where St Basils’ holds landlord responsibilities, as well as the type of housing and Local Authority area, can be found here.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
We publish our Tenant Satisfaction Measures on our website in line with the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing. The TSMs are a core set of defined measures that show how well social landlords are performing at providing quality homes and services. They include tenant perception measures, the number of complaints and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) incidents received, and repairs and compliance data. Our TSMs can be found here.
If you wish to report an incident of ASB or wish to make a complaint, you can do so here.
Maintenance and Repairs
Data on St Basils repairs and maintenance works over the financial year 2025/26 can be found here.
We are proud to report that our TSMs survey for 2025/26 showed that:
- 88% of respondents were satisfied with their overall repair service
- 84% of respondents were satisfied with the time taken to complete their most recent repair
- 88% of respondents were satisfied that their home is well maintained
- 88% of respondents were satisfied that their home is safe
We are due to update our Asset Management Strategy which will outline how we will look after, further improve and invest in our housing stock to ensure homes remain safe, legal and meet the needs of our young people.
Evictions
St Basils aims to enable young people to maintain their tenancies and to create sustainable communities. In most circumstances, the decision to evict an occupier will only be taken as a last resort once all other avenues to sustain the tenancy/licence have been exhausted. Where the tenancy/licence cannot be sustained despite the best efforts of St Basils’ staff, we will seek possession where it is legal and proportionate.
Data on evictions at the properties during 2025/26 where St Basils’ carried out the landlord function can be found here.
