Tenant Satisfaction Measures
The Regulator for Social Housing requires all registered providers to collect and report annually on their performance using a core set of defined measures, known as the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). The TSMs are part of the Regulator’s Transparency, Influence and Accountability standard, designed to ensure landlords treat tenants with fairness and respect, enabling them to access services, raise complaints, influence decision-making, and hold their landlords accountable. This is the second year that St Basils is publishing its TSMs.
St Basils is a registered provider and holds mostly supported housing units, with some general needs units, and all of our units fall under the category Low Cost Rental Accommodation (LCRA) for the purpose of TSM reporting. St Basils held 658 units as stock as at 31 March 2025.
St Basils launched its tenant perception survey for 2024/25 in the last quarter of the year, with responses being received between 6 February 2025 and 15 April 2025. The total responses received amounted to 352. All tenants in situ during the period were invited to complete the survey, with responses to the survey being collected using either a Microsoft form or a paper form.
