We’re sorry to report that we’re currently experiencing some problems with our Youthline phoneline and text message service at our Birmingham Youth Hub. The numbers still work but you may experience some delay as we are down to one line.
Therefore until further notice, if you are a young person in urgent need of housing related information, advice or guidance or are homeless or at risk, please email email@example.com, to arrange an appointment and assessment. Youthline are monitoring their emails closely and will get back to you straight away.
Alternatively we operate a ‘walk-in’ service. Please just come down to us at St Basils Youth Hub, Heath Mill Lane, Birmingham, B9 4AX, bringing ID if possible and Benefits paperwork if you are claiming.
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm and Wednesdays 1-5pm.
